It's awesome that you are posting your foods for the day. I am concerned with you eating all that Jerk chicken, that you will turn into a Jerk chicken.
(psst! I losed a few pounds on my diet! Now, if I could just do this diet for the rest of my life. sigh.)
Hah, yeah, I'm about sick of quesadillas. I have one left in the fridge-- when I make 'em for supper I just make two so I have one extra for a lunch. I also cooked the chicken last Thursday so prolly if I don't eat it tonight I should through it out. Else I might get chicken ebolas or something.
In the fridge I have some cheese raviolis and marinara (NUM!) which will probably be my next 82 meals.
In the freezer I have a huge beef pot roast which we bought when it was on sale. But it makes too much food for one Mae to eat without her M.
